“I just had a root canal done in the same location where the Stevenson Family Dentistry is located and needed an immediate temporary crown put on my tooth. In addition, a permanent crown had fallen off the day before and needed to be reglued. I was having difficulties communicating with the dentist’s office, who had previously worked on my crowns, so I decided to check with Dr. Stevenson’s office to see if they would be able to glue my crowns back on. Carrie, one of the staff, was at the front desk when I walked in. As soon as I explained my problem, she quickly made me feel welcomed and showed concern over my dilemma. I had been worried they would send me back to my original dentist, and I would have had to wait several days for an appointment. However, to my surprise Carrie made arrangements for Dr. Stevenson to see me right away that same afternoon, and I realized that I was in good hands! Dr. Stevenson took his time in explaining the pros and cons of gluing on my crowns and was very patient in making sure the crowns were adjusted properly. The job was not as simple as I thought it would be, and Dr. Stevenson had to spend a lot of time working on my crowns, however, he made me feel comfortable. I was able to talk to him and I knew he listened to what I had to say. He did a wonderful job. My mouth did not hurt the next day. His staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how I was treated and how everyone took the extra step to help me. I want to thank them for going above and beyond for a person who was not even their client at the time I walked in.”
“Everybody at the Stevenson clinic is so nice and kind and professional Dr Stevenson is patient explaining things and super knowledgeable about everything and explains all the options and why he would do each of the steps. Even though it’s complicated it all makes sense the way he lays it out. His assistant is super helpful also explaining how to practically go about the next steps. I would recommend them to anyone who has complex alignment problems and especially if there are headaches involved. He really understands the neurology and anatomy of the problem which I was confused about before going.”
